Job Title - Facilities Administrator

Duration - Temp to Perm

Working Model - 8:00am - 16:30pm, Monday to Friday

Location - Fully onsite in Towcester

Hourly Rate: Ending on a £30-£34k salary


Facilities Administrator Overview

This role provides administrative support within an engineering environment, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing filing systems, and supporting engineering and facilities teams with general administrative tasks.

Strong organisation skills are essential, along with previous experience working in an engineering or industrial setting. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a structured approach to managing documentation and information.


The Facilities Administrator role will involve:

  • Providing administrative support within an engineering and facilities environment to ensure smooth day to day operations
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and filing systems for engineering and maintenance activities
  • Supporting engineering and facilities teams with general administrative tasks and coordination of information
  • Assisting with the organisation and tracking of work requests, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Ensuring all records are kept up to date, structured, and easily accessible
  • Supporting effective communication between engineers, contractors, and site teams


The Facilities Administrator will need to have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience working in an engineering environment
  • Strong organisational skills with a structured and methodical approach to work
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail, particularly when managing records and documentation
  • Experience with filing systems and maintaining accurate, up to date information
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with engineering and site teams
