Project Manager - St Albans

£85,000 - £90,000 + Van + Pension

A well established and growing main contractor operating across London and the Home Counties is looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead a technically challenging residential scheme in St Albans. This is a longterm project, with further pipeline work secured in the region.

This contractor delivers a broad range of projects across the residential, commercial, education and public sectors, working with both private and public clients and building a strong reputation for quality and repeat business.

The Role

You will take ownership of a residential led development in a central St Albans location, consisting of:

• Multi unit apartment scheme
• Mixed use element including commercial space
• Strong technical and design coordination requirements

What They’re Looking For

• Proven main contractor experience (essential)
• Strong technical and design knowledge
• Experience delivering residential schemes (apartments preferred)
• Degree preferred
