We are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to start a contract next week!

Hours: 07.30 - 17.00 Monday to Saturday (Saturdays may end before end of contract)

Duration: 6 May 26 to 4 July 26

Notwodayswillbethesame!Yourdutieswillinclude:

• Carryingoutminorbuildingrepairs(basicplumbingandelectrics)
• Liaisingwithcontractorswhentheyreonsite
• Supportingmanualhandlingtaskssuchasmovingfurniturewhenneeded
• Managingrecyclingdutiesacrossthebuilding
• Helpingmaintainthecarparkarea,includingpolitelycommunicatingwithdriversifcarsneedtobemoved

WhatWereLookingFor

• Musthaveexperienceinasimilarpositionwithapositiveandproactiveapproach
• Practicalmaintenanceexperience
• Basicplumbingandelectricalknowledge desirable
• Comfortablewithmanualhandlingtasks
• Confidentcommunicatingwithcontractorsandmembersofthepublic
• Proactive,dependableandabletoworkindependently
