We’re Hiring: Assistant Project Manager (Construction)

We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our fast‑growing projects team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career, with a clear progression route to Project Manager.

About the role

This is a construction‑based APM role supporting the delivery of projects across multiple sites. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to travel to sites as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Project Managers with planning, coordination, and delivery of construction works
• Assisting with programme tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Maintaining strong CDM and Health & Safety compliance across projects
• Liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Supporting M&E coordination where applicable

About you:

• Previous construction trade experience (highly desirable)
• M&E trade background advantageous
• Strong awareness of CDM Regulations and site health & safety
• Dynamic, proactive, and keen to learn and develop
• Comfortable working in a hybrid role and willing to travel
• Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ambitious, organised, and ready to take the next step in your career
