Overview

We are currently supporting a global organisations as they continue to invest in and expand their use of IFS Cloud. As a result, we are looking to engage with experienced IFS Cloud System Consultants who can play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions across complex programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale IFS transformation, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to optimise system performance and drive real operational value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the configuration and optimisation of IFS Cloud solutions across multiple modules
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into system solutions
• Provide functional expertise across areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, Manufacturing, or Service Management
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Deliver user training and support to maximise system adoption
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and data integrity

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working with IFS Cloud (or recent versions of IFS Applications)
• Strong functional knowledge in one or more IFS modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, Projects, Manufacturing)
• Experience across full lifecycle implementations or major system upgrades
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivery
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Desirable Experience

• Experience working in complex, global environments
• Previous involvement in multi-country rollouts
• Integration experience with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools)
• Technical understanding of IFS architecture and data structures
