A Tier 1 City law firm with a leading private client disputes practice is seeking a Contentious Probate Paralegal to join its highly regarded team. The firm is known for advising high-net-worth individuals on complex and high-value matters, offering excellent exposure to top-quality work.
The role involves supporting lawyers on a range of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, and trust disputes. You will assist with legal research, drafting, case management, liaising with clients and counsel, and supporting disclosure and trial preparation.
Candidates with prior contentious probate experience are highly desirable; however, those with general probate or private client experience are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential.
