What you will do
- P&L Management: Direct and enhance profitability through strategic financial oversight.
- Team Leadership: Develop high-performing teams in key regions, instilling a culture of excellence.
- Strategic Growth: Design and implement growth strategies, coordinating new market entries and expansion to Europe.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Refine supply chain logistics to boost efficiency and margins.
- Brand Enhancement: Elevate brand presence in the high-end catering market.
What you will need to succeed
- Experience: At least 7 years in leadership within the food service, hospitality or catering industries.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple locations.
- Strategic Acumen: Expertise in strategic planning and market growth.
- Client Relations: Strong client management skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is highly desirable.
