A leading company in the catering sector is seeking a General Manager to oversee regional operations, focusing on strategic growth and maintaining operational excellence. The role requires strategic oversight, complete P&L management, and leadership in market positioning and expansion.


What you will do


  • P&L Management: Direct and enhance profitability through strategic financial oversight.
  • Team Leadership: Develop high-performing teams in key regions, instilling a culture of excellence.
  • Strategic Growth: Design and implement growth strategies, coordinating new market entries and expansion to Europe.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Refine supply chain logistics to boost efficiency and margins.
  • Brand Enhancement: Elevate brand presence in the high-end catering market.


What you will need to succeed


  • Experience: At least 7 years in leadership within the food service, hospitality or catering industries.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple locations.
  • Strategic Acumen: Expertise in strategic planning and market growth.
  • Client Relations: Strong client management skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is highly desirable.
