BW is a construction company specialising in high-quality fit-out projects across office and higher education spaces throughout London.

We’re excited to launch applications for our 2026 Apprenticeship Programme.

We’re looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to start their careers in construction and gain hands-on experience across a range of business areas, including:

• Construction
• Commercial
• Technical Services
• Design
• Bid
• Planning

Eligibility criteria:

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (or equivalent), OR 96 UCAS points

Desirable attributes:

• A strong interest in construction and the built environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Initiative and a proactive approach
• Attention to detail
• Enthusiasm to develop new skills and grow within the industry
