Rapier Employment are currently recruitingHGV Class 1 Night Driversfor a well-established, blue-chip logistics contract based in Allington. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking forconsistent, well-paid workwith strong earning potential and the chance of a permanent position.

Pay & Benefits

• £22.03 per hour(16:00 04:00)
• £18.36 per hour(04:00 16:00)
• Overtime after 42.5 hours:£24.84 per hour
• Weekly Bonus:£20
• PAYE holiday pay accrued

The Role

• Night trunking work toBridgwater, Stoke, and Portsmouth
• Trailer swaps between depots
• Occasional shunting cover
• Start times between18:00 21:00
• Average shift length:12 hours
• Minimum8 hours guaranteed pay per shift
• Ongoing, long-term work with consistent hours
• 2 days paid training provided

Requirements

• ValidHGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• ValidCPC (DQC)and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum6 months Class 1 driving experience
• No more than6 penalty points(no DR, DD, CD, or IN endorsements)
• Right to work in the UK
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
