Graduate Data Administrator

We are excited to be supporting a reputable organisation in their search for a Data Administrator to join their Worcester team in a fixed term contract to start ASAP, until December 2026.

*Please note: There is no on-site parking, though all public transport routes are easily accessible to the office.Please ensure that Worcester is commutable for you for the entire duration of the contract*

In this role- you do NOT need previous office experience!If you are a bright, sparky graduate, who has good Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables), top attention to detail, and a team-player attitude, we would love to hear from you.This is an excellent opportunity to get some professional, real-world experience within a busy, large organisation on your CV!

As a busy season for the HR Team approaches, your role will be to alleviate the day-to-day admin and data entry tasks from the more senior members of the team, support the onboarding process, manage, record and analyse data.

Duties

- Provide general administrative and coordination support to HR and L&D function.

- Perform high-volume data entry and data cleansing using Excel, including formulas, V-Lookups, filters, and pivot tables.

- Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data is accurate.

- Conduct Teams calls for new joiners to support with their onboarding.

- Analyse and present HR data in a clear, user-friendly format for stakeholders.

- Assist in mapping, reviewing, and updating HR and L&D process documentation.

- Identify and support opportunities to streamline/improve processes.

- Coordinate relevant documents including proration of onboarding document packs.

- Collaborate with L&D teams to ensure learning pathways and resources are accessible, structured, and relevant.

- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data in line with data protection standards.

Key Attributes

- Confident generating VLookups / Pivot Tables on Microsoft Excel

- Recent graduate (any course)

- Friendly, team player.

- Office experience not required

- Excellent attention to detail/data entry skills

- You MUST be commutable to Worcester

Hours: 35h pw: Monday Friday 9am 5pm (1hr lunch) - Fully based on site

Salary: Up to £14.29 per hour + benefits including
