Pure Staff Birmingham are seeking experienced van drivers (Category B) to join one of our well-established clients in the Leamington Spa area. This is a temp-to-perm role for the right candidate.

?? The Role:

• Handballing boxed goods to butchers and wholesalers
• Delivering fresh halal farm food products
• 8-15 drops per day
• Local and short-distance deliveries
• Start time: 6:00am - 5:00pm
• Loads pre-picked; drivers assist with loading
• Strapping and securing loads safely (essential)
• Ensuring load safety and compliance at all times

? Requirements:

• Minimum age 26 years (insurance requirement)
• Valid UK Category B (car/van) licence
• Minimum 1 year van driving experience
• Experience strapping and securing loads
• Able to handball boxes safely
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work

?? Pay Rates:

• £13.50 per hour
• £1.93 per hour holiday pay accrued
  (Total equivalent rate: £15.43 per hour)

Holiday pay is banked and paid when you take annual leave.

?? Shifts:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
