• £27k£30k starting salary, increasing with each promotion

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant

In this role, youll quickly gain responsibility and autonomy as you:

• Meet clients and candidates to build strong, trusted relationships
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn research and headhunting
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation
• Produce reports and insights for your clients
• Build your online brand and create valuable, relevant content for your network
