The Package: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• £27.5k base salary
• Uncapped commission £50k OTE in Year 1
• Promotions in as little as 6 months

Your Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Source and attract high-calibre candidates through in-depth market research
• Build and manage relationships with premium FinTech clients
• Run your own desk with full ownership of clients and candidates
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end
• Lead salary and contract negotiations to close high-value deals

What They Are Looking For: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• 2:1 or above from a Russell Group university
• Strong work ethic demonstrated through previous experience
• Evidence of competitiveness or achievement (sports, awards, leadership)
• Highly motivated by money and progression
• Confident, articulate, and commercially minded
• Resilient, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
