What We Offer

£26,500 base salary + uncapped commission

Year 1 OTE: £60k+

Year 2 OTE: £80k+

Year 3 OTE: £100k+

The Role (What Youll Do)

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll manage the full 360 recruitment process:

Business Development Build your own client base and partner with leading tech companies

Client Consulting Advise businesses on hiring strategy and market insights

Candidate Sourcing Identify and engage top talent through LinkedIn, outreach, and networks

Relationship Building Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates

Process Management Manage interviews and offers end-to-end

Account Management Grow and maintain existing client relationships

This is a target-driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and progression.

No prior recruitment experience is required we provide full training from day one.
