Supportingtheactivitiesofdailylivinginapersoncentredmanner
Promotephysicalandpersonalindependenceaswellaschoiceinalldailyactivities
Helpinpromotingastimulatingandhomelyenvironment
Toassistwithtoiletingneeds,includingcontinencepromotion
Tochangebeds,tidyroomsanddolightcleaning.
Tohelpintheservingofmealsanddrinks,feedingthoseindividualswhoareunabletofeedthemselves
TheroleofHealthCareAssistantisprimarilytosupportourserviceusers,withdirectionfromaqualifiedNurse&clientcentredcarepackages,withdaytodaycaretaskssuchaspersonalcare,supportwiththerapies&activitiesandtomaintaintheirmental,physical,social&spiritualhealthandwellbeing.
