He is exceptionally bright, motivated, and determined to return to his studies and live as independently as possible. He has a very positive mindset and is fully engaged in his care and future.
He lives in afully adapted family homein Oxfordshire with a specialist care setup and strong family support.
He is also one of a very small number of people in the UK to have aNeuralink implant, allowing him to control his laptop through thought. Its a fascinating and rewarding environment to work in.
This is ameaningful, long-term package, where consistency and quality of care are essential.
Clinical Overview
Ventilated via tracheostomy
Requires airway clearance support and suctioning
Autonomic dysreflexia risk and blood pressure instability
Periods where communication may be limited
You will be working alongside aCritical Care RN, supporting a high-acuity care plan.

You will be part of asmall, consistent team, ensuring continuity and high standards of care.
