GRADUATE RECRUITMENT POSITION

Criteria We Need: Graduate Recruitment Position

• 2:1 or above from a decent university
• Minimum BBB at A-Level
• Sports background
• Money motivated
• Competitive
• Hard working
• Ideally some sales experience

The Incentives to the Role: Graduate Recruitment Position

• 28k base salary, increasing to 32k after promotion
• 40% commission structure on top of base
• OTE in Year 1 45k
• One-on-one training by the Managing Director
