National Account Manager

£50,000 – £60,000 + package

D R Newitt have partnered with a market leading healthy food brand that is continuing to grow and strengthen its position within the category.


As a result of this growth, they are looking to appoint a National Account Manager to join their retail sales team. The successful candidate will take ownership of key retail accounts, with full responsibility for P&L management, CPI negotiations, and the development of Joint Business Plans with major retailers.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail NAM to join an exciting, B-Corp certified business with a strong brand presence and ambitious growth plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key retail accounts
  • Full P&L responsibility across accounts
  • Lead CPI and commercial negotiations
  • Build and execute Joint Business Plans
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive growth


The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience managing major retail accounts within FMCG
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Experience with P&L management and JBPs
  • Passion for working within a fast-growing branded food business


Package

  • £50,000 - £60,000 base salary
  • Company car allowance
