Area Sales Manager

Location: Midlands & The South

Salary: £35,000 + company car + commission

Skills & Requirements:

New Business:

• Hunt down new customers across target markets
• Open doors, spark conversations, and create opportunities
• Take prospects from first contact through to confirmed order

Growing Existing Accounts

• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Make sure key accounts are thriving and growing

Driving Projects & Pipeline

• Manage enquiries from idea stage through to production
• Keep a strong, healthy pipeline of opportunities
• Stay close to customer demand and upcoming projects

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in field sales or account management, ideally within a technical environment
• Background in aftermarket, OEM, or distribution (ideal but not essential)
• Proven ability to win new business and build relationships
• Ambitious, tenacious
