ECommerce Marketplace Manager (Amazon & Online Marketplaces)

Job description

A high-growth consumer health & wellness brand is looking for an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to lead and scale its third-party marketplace channels.

The business is currently generating ~£20m in revenue and entering an exciting growth phase, with online marketplaces becoming a key pillar of the company’s commercial strategy.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of marketplace performance and drive significant revenue growth.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s third-party marketplace presence, with a strong focus on Amazon 3P, while also exploring opportunities across additional online retail marketplaces.

This is a commercially focused role combining marketplace optimisation, performance management and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Amazon 3P / Seller Central
• Optimise product listings, search visibility and conversion
• Manage relationships with key online marketplace partners
• Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities
• Analyse marketplace performance and identify growth initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and supply teams
• Drive revenue growth across marketplace channels

What They’re Looking For

• Experience working with ecommerce marketplace platforms
• Strong understanding of marketplace optimisation and growth
