NRL is looking for a Commercial Manager

Job description

We are supporting a client in the nuclear/defence sector to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager in Glasgow. You will operate within a highly regulated environment, leading commercial delivery under NEC4 contracts across complex professional services scopes. This is a hybrid role, for approximately 12 months, requiring regular on-site presence and active engagement with senior stakeholders.


What you will need


  • Extensive, hands-on experience operating under NEC4 contracts, with a strong preference for the Professional Services Contract (PSC)
  • Proven track record managing compensation events, early warnings, and Defined Cost mechanisms in live project environments
  • Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance (British Born)
  • Strong commercial leadership experience within infrastructure, engineering, nuclear, or defence sectors
  • Ability to work on-site in Glasgow a minimum of 3 days per week (flexing to 5 when required)
