We are hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join us, a global Life Sciences recruitment business specialising in biotech, pharma, and medtech markets.

No recruitment experience is required. You will join a structured Academy programme with full training, 1:1 coaching, and clear progression into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

Youll join our structured Academy training programme designed to develop future Recruitment Consultants.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Speaking with candidates across specialist Life Sciences markets
  • Building relationships with biotech, pharma, and medtech companies
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process from outreach to placement
  • Developing your own client base and market ownership
  • Working to clear targets in a high-performance environment
  • Learning consultative sales, negotiation, and recruitment skills
