Looking for a long-term role where your support truly makes a difference?

We are urgently hiring SEN teaching assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Surrey.
In this role, youll be supporting pupils with special educational needs, helping them feel safe, understood, and confident in their learning. Every day brings the chance to encourage progress- both academically and personally- in a structured and positive classroom environment.
What youll be doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Assisting with personalised learning activities tailored to individual needs
• Encouraging communication, confidence, and independence
• Supporting positive behaviour in a calm and consistent way
• Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
