Corporate Associate (3+ PQE)- Legal 100 law firm

Nottingham City Centre | Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days WFH)

£66,000 – £78,000 + 10% bonus

A leading Legal 100 law firm with a strong national presence is looking to appoint a talented Corporate Associate (3+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Nottingham City Centre team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex M&A transactions within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You will advise a broad client base on a range of transactional matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate finance transactions
• Joint ventures
• Private equity transactions
• Drafting key corporate documents, including articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, and SPAs

You will work closely with experienced Partners and gain exposure to high-quality work from day one.

• Salary: £66,000 – £78,000 + 10% bonus

• 3+ PQE Corporate Solicitor
• Strong experience in M&A and transactional work
• Commercially minded with excellent drafting skills
