Senior EPM Consultant UK (Remote) | Full-Time

Henderson Drake is working with a growing EPM consultancy that's expanding its Workday Adaptive Planning practice. They're looking for experienced EPM consultants who are ready to broaden their skill set and get serious exposure to one of the more forward-thinking planning platforms in the market.

If you're currently delivering on OneStream, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, or something similar and you've been curious about Workday Adaptive, this is a genuine route in.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contributing to end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from day one
• Translating FP&A requirements into planning models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Configuring key platform components including models, reports, and workflows
• Working directly with finance teams to sharpen budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Getting involved in workshops, testing, and user training
• Collaborating with senior consultants to maintain delivery quality
• Taking on more ownership as your platform knowledge grows

What You'll Bring

• Solid EPM delivery experience from a consulting or project environment in OneStream, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, or similar
• Good grounding in FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, planning cycles
• A genuine interest in picking up Workday Adaptive Planning
• Comfortable in client-facing settings and at ease with stakeholder conversations
• A structured, methodical approach to delivery
• Finance or accounting background is a plus
