Creative Strategist

Agora Talent is looking for a Creative Strategist

Job description

Lead Creative Strategist | London

Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing HealthTech brands, redefining appliance care for over one million customers across 40+ countries. As they scale globally, we're looking for a commercially minded, creatively driven Lead Creative Strategist to help fuel our next phase of growth.

This is not a traditional brand role. This is where data, psychology and storytelling collide.

You'll own the full creative lifecycle, from analysing performance data and identifying winning opportunities, to developing high-converting concepts, writing scripts, briefing production teams and optimising creative based on results. Your work will directly influence revenue, customer acquisition and brand growth across global markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Turn performance insights into breakthrough creative concepts
  • Develop compelling direct-response scripts, hooks and ad angles
  • Partner closely with media buyers to optimise CTR, thumb-stop rate and ROAS
  • Lead rapid creative testing and iteration across Meta and YouTube
  • Build a scalable creative playbook of winning frameworks and learnings
  • Collaborate with editors and creators to produce best-in-class performance content

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, Paid Social or a similar role
  • Proven success creating ads that drive measurable growth
  • Deep understanding of Meta and YouTube ad ecosystems
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into creative action
  • Experience within D2C, eCommerce or high-growth consumer brands
  • Excellent copywriting, briefing and stakeholder management skills

Why Join?

  • Be part of one of the UK's most exciting high-growth consumer brands
  • Work with significant marketing budgets and world-class talent
  • Enjoy true autonomy to test, learn and scale your ideas
  • Make a direct, measurable impact on business performance
  • Accelerated career progression in a fast-moving scale-up environment
  • Competitive salary & benefits

If you're obsessed with performance creative, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to turn insights into revenue-driving campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.
