9.00 – 17.30 / Monday – Friday

We’re looking for an Office Experience Specialist to be the heartbeat of our client’s office, someone who brings warmth, calm, and common sense to everything they do.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues, guests, and clients, helping create an office that feels organised, friendly, and well run. You’ll handle the day‑to‑day essentials, spot problems before they become problems, and jump in wherever needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a welcoming, hospitality‑style experience for everyone who walks through the door
- Managing reception, visitors, access control, and building relationships with landlords and vendors
- Keeping the office tidy, stocked, safe, and running smoothly
- Supporting new starters with onboarding alongside HR, IT, and hiring managers
- Coordinating vendors (cleaning, IT, catering, maintenance) and resolving issues quickly
- Ordering supplies, processing invoices, and keeping an eye on budgets
- Helping with office events, meetings, and catering
- Responding to requests and tickets with urgency, care, and follow‑through
- Being resourceful, if you don’t know the answer, you’ll find it
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have a positive, friendly, can‑do attitude
- Stay calm under pressure and think in solutions, not problems
- Are reliable, punctual, and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Enjoy helping people and making their day easier
- Use common sense and aren’t afraid to ask questions or seek help
- Try to solve issues yourself before escalating, then communicate clearly when you do
- Are comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment
Experience We Value
- Reception, hospitality, retail, office admin, or facilities experience
- Exposure to office coordination, basic facilities management, or onboarding is a bonus
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and web‑based systems
- Experience with AV or office tech is helpful, but not essential
Working Style & Environment
- Some flexibility needed for events, early calls, or the occasional urgent issue
- A collaborative environment where relationships matter and support goes both ways
