Location: EarleyStart Date: ASAPPay Scale: £89.00 - £100.00 per day

Do you have experience working with children or young people who face emotional or behavioural challenges?

A welcoming and inclusive school in Earley is seeking a Mental Health Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health needs.

In this role, the successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students develop emotional regulation, resilience, and coping strategies.

This Mental Health Assistant role will involve: * Providing 1:1 support for pupils with mental health needs * Supporting small group interventions focused on emotional wellbeing * Helping students develop coping strategies and resilience * Creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment * Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals * ASAP start
