Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted phonics interventions to small groups and individual students.
- Work closely with class teachers to identify students needing additional support.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development.
