SRB Teaching Assistant - Cardiff

Are you an experienced and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)? We are currently recruiting for a SRB Teaching Assistant to work within specialist resource bases in mainstream primary schools across Cardiff.

As a SRB Teaching Assistant in Cardiff, you will support pupils with a range of diverse and complex needs, helping them to access learning in a safe and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with ALN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Help manage behaviour and support emotional wellbeing
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with ALN in any setting
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
