The Role

As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will join our structured training programme designed to develop your technical and consulting skills from day one.

You’ll work on real client projects while receiving hands-on training in data analysis, visualisation, and modern data tools. This role is ideal for graduates looking to start a career in data, analytics, or technology consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret data to support client decision-making
  • Clean, transform, and validate datasets
  • Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Work collaboratively with consultants and stakeholders on live projects
  • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Training & Development
  • Structured graduate training programme
  • Technical training in:
  • SQL
  • Advanced Excel
  • Power BI / Tableau
  • Python (data analysis and automation)
  • Consulting skills development (communication, stakeholder management)
  • Mentorship and ongoing professional development
  • Support toward industry-recognised certifications
Requirements
  • A degree (2:1 or above preferred) in a relevant or analytical subject
  • (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in data, technology, and consulting
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
Desirable Skills (Not Essential)
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, or data visualisation tools
  • Exposure to data analysis through academic projects or internships
  • Understanding of basic statistical concepts
