Start Date: After Easter 2026

Contract: Full-time, until Summer

Pay: £95 per day

Reed Education is working with a supportive primary school in Scunthorpe that is seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team from after the Easter break until the end of the academic year.

• Experience supporting pupils across KS2
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
• Knowledge and experience supporting pupils through SATS preparation
• Good understanding of SEN strategies
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• A proactive, reliable and confident classroom practitioner

• Support teaching and learning across all KS2 year groups
• Deliver small-group interventions in core subjects
• Assist with SATS preparation, including targeted revision support
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers to maintain strong progress and engagement

• A dedicated consultant supporting you throughout your placement
• Free ongoing CPD including safeguarding, SEND training and academic support courses
