SEN Teaching Assistant AshfordAcademics Canterbury are recruiting a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs at a supportive primary school in Ashford from September.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in inclusive education.
The role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:- Support pupils with additional needs in the classroom
- Work 1:1 and with small intervention groups
- Help implement individual support strategies
- Support behaviour and emotional development
- Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN preferred
- A patient and supportive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
