A welcoming, vibrant, and child-centred primary school in Salisbury is currently seeking a Classroom Assistant to support learning across the Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers looking to begin a career in education and gain valuable insight into the National Curriculum.

As a Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with dedicated and experienced teachers to help create a dynamic and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will support pupils' learning, assist in delivering creative and well-structured lessons, and play a key role in those all-important "light-bulb" moments.

This position would suit a recent graduate considering a career in education, or an experienced Classroom Assistant seeking a new challenge. While previous experience working with children is desirable, it is not essential. Relevant experience may include mentoring, tutoring, coaching, nursery work, childcare, or classroom-based support. Experience supporting children with ASD, behavioural needs, or learning difficulties would be highly advantageous.
