Level 3 Teaching Assistant – AccringtonStart Date: July 2026Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Accrington, starting July. This role is offered on a temporary basis initially, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:
  • Supporting pupils across the classroom alongside the class teacher
  • Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support learning and development
  • Assisting with the delivery of engaging lessons and activities
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Has previous experience working within a primary or secondary school setting
  • Is patient, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning
  • Can work well as part of a team and use their initiative
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
