SEN Support Assistant - Barking and Dagenham

About the Role - Barking and Dagenham

• Provide tailored support to students with additional needs in a special school setting
• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
• Assist with the implementation of individual education plans
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Support students in both classroom and one-to-one settings

About You

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
• A strong interest in education and training
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
• A willingness to learn and develop within education and training
• A genuine passion for supporting students in a special school in/around Barking and Dagenham
