Specialist SEMH Teaching Assistant

Do you possess a genuine drive to transform the lives of students with additional needs?

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant who can cultivate strong working relationships with students and help them achieve their full potential.

You will play a pivotal role in assisting students with diverse complex requirements, in particular Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, empowering them to achieve their full academic and social potential.

• Practical experience assisting learners with additional SEMH needs
• Commitment to a long-term placement
• Capable of staying composed in challenging situations and acting as a dependable mentor for pupils.
• Skilled at establishing strong connections with students, colleagues, and families.
• Preferably possess a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or relevant professional history.
