Specialist SEMH Teaching Assistant

Do you possess a genuine drive to transform the lives of students with additional needs?
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant who can cultivate strong working relationships with students and help them achieve their full potential.
You will play a pivotal role in assisting students with diverse complex requirements, in particular Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, empowering them to achieve their full academic and social potential.
What We Are Looking For- Practical experience assisting learners with additional SEMH needs
- Commitment to a long-term placement
- Capable of staying composed in challenging situations and acting as a dependable mentor for pupils.
- Skilled at establishing strong connections with students, colleagues, and families.
- Preferably possess a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or relevant professional history.
