Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Bolton)£100-£120 per day | ASAP Start

Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Bolton that is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced education professional looking to make an immediate impact in a diverse and supportive school environment.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons

• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupils

• Offer tailored assistance to students with English as an Additional Language (EAL)

• Help maintain a positive, safe and productive classroom environment

Please note: Only applicants with prior experience working in schools or educational settings will be considered.

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

• A Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning (CACHE or equivalent)

• Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a school

• A strong understanding of secondary school expectations and routines

• Demonstrable experience supporting EAL learners

• Confidence adapting support strategies to meet diverse learning needs

• A proactive, flexible and professional approach

• Daily pay rate of £100-£120, depending on experience

• An ASAP start

• Ongoing support from a dedicated Tradewind Recruitment consultant
