Are you looking for flexible, part-time work that fits around your schedule? Prospero Teaching is seeking reliable and vigilant Exam Invigilators to support a school in Aintree during upcoming exam periods.

Exam Invigilator (multiple roles available)

Location:

Hours: Flexible

Rate: £14.25 - £16.64 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during exams to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed.
  • Distribute and collect exam materials such as question papers and answer booklets.
  • Assist in seating students according to the seating plan.
  • Maintain a calm and controlled environment, addressing any issues discreetly.
  • Report any incidents or irregularities during exams to the exam coordinator.
  • Provide support to students where necessary, such as assisting with queries within exam guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure.
  • No previous invigilating experience is required, as full training will be provided.
  • An enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) will be required - assistance can be provided if needed.
