What you'll be doing:

• Supporting students with behavioural challenges
• De-escalating situations and keeping students engaged
• Running 1:1 mentoring sessions
• Working closely with pastoral teams

What they need:

• Experience with behaviour / SEMH / youth work / PRU (ideal)
• Strong presence, calm under pressure
• Someone who builds trust quickly
