Prospero Teaching Location: Southampton Hours: Full-time or Part-time Pay: From £14.25 per hour Contract: Day-to-day and Long-term opportunitiesProspero Teaching is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across Southampton. Whether you're seeking flexible day-to-day work or a consistent long-term role, we have opportunities to suit your availability and experience. About the Role:

  • Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning
  • Providing 1:1 or small-group support where needed
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Opportunities available in a variety of welcoming Southampton primary schools

What Were Looking For:

  • Some UK school-based experience is essential
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to get involved
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
