Teaching Assistant (SEN) – Immediate Start

We are currently seeking a nurturing, confident, and bubbly Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to join a welcoming primary school in Chatham.

The Role

• Providing 1:1 support for Year 3 and Year 4 pupils
• Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access learning and reach their full potential
• Being flexible and happy to move between classes as required
• Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
• Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff

The Ideal Candidate

• Has previous SEN experience (essential)
• Is patient, attentive, and nurturing
• Brings a positive, confident, and bubbly personality to the classroom
• Is adaptable and proactive
• Committed to supporting children both academically and emotionally
