Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? We're working with a specialist SEN school in Bedford that is looking for dedicated School Support Workers, SEN Teaching Assistants, or Psychology graduates to join their welcoming and supportive team.

Role Details

Location: Bedford

Pay: £460-£500 per week

Sector: Education and Training

Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (term-time only)

About the Role - Bedford

As a School Support Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD. You'll help pupils build confidence, manage emotions, and engage positively with their learning.

This role is ideal for individuals considering a career in clinical psychology, counselling, social work, youth justice, or education, offering valuable, hands-on experience in the sector.

The School Support Worker We're Looking For

  • A genuine interest in SEN, mental health, or youth work
  • Experience supporting vulnerable young people (preferred but not essential)
  • A compassionate, reliable, and proactive approach
  • Based locally in Bedford or able to commute

Key Responsibilities - School Support Worker
