About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join a mainstream partnership secondary school in the Sefton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting students and making a real difference in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to teachers and students.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans.
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure inclusion and progress.
- Foster a positive and safe learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
- Strong background in supporting students with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
