Part 2 Architectural AssistantLocation: CardiffSalary: £28-30,000

A well established architectural practice in Cardiff is looking for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support its growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in practice who is looking to develop their knowledge and gain broader project exposure within a collaborative studio environment. The practice works across a diverse portfolio including residential, food retail and veterinary projects, offering the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of engaging schemes.

Requirements

* Part 2 qualified, ideally with professional experience in practice* Masters in Architecture* Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes* Proficiency in Revit * Strong technical and detailing skills with a keen eye for design* Excellent organisational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting in the delivery of projects across all RIBA stages* Producing high quality drawings and technical information* Supporting compliance with Building Regulations and planning requirements* Coordinating with consultants and project stakeholders* Contributing to projects across residential, retail, industrial and veterinary sectors
