As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities• Deliver focused 1:1 support and lead small group interventions• Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored, engaging lessons• Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
