Secondary Teaching Assistants - Bromborough, Wirral

We are recruiting for dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistants to join secondary schools in the Bromborough (CH62 & CH63) area. If you have a passion for helping young people succeed, we want to hear from you!

We offer both day to day and long term supply with a competitive salary.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous work in childcare, schools, youth coaching, or community volunteering is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• A genuine desire to help teenagers grow academically and socially.

Key Duties:

• Preparing the classroom and setting up learning materials before the bell.
• Delivering 1-to-1 support to keep students motivated and on-task.
• Explaining complex tasks in simpler ways to help students understand.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and focus during independent study.
• Recording student attendance and progress in the digital school log.
• Supervising students during break times and lesson changeovers.
• Helping the Teacher with classroom displays and essential admin tasks.
• Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for everyone.
