We’re currently recruiting motivated and adaptable individuals to join us as Unqualified Teaching Assistants, supporting a range of schools across the Thetford and Bury St. Edmunds area. This is a hands-on opportunity where you’ll play a key role in helping pupils stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress in their learning.

The Role You’ll work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils with a variety of academic, social, and behavioural needs. No two days will be the same, but your support will make a meaningful difference every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils during lessons to help them stay focused and engaged
- Assisting with literacy and numeracy tasks
- Encouraging positive behaviour through clear guidance and consistency
- Helping to create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with teachers and staff to support pupil progress
This is a practical, people-focused role where you’ll directly contribute to pupils’ development and success.

Experience in education, childcare, coaching, youth work, or care is beneficial, but not essential.

Essential Requirement A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, as you may need to travel between schools at short notice.
