Teaching Assistant - Harrow - Full Time - Temp to Perm - Quick Start

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational provision in Harrow, helping young people aged 16 to 25 with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who are vulnerable or facing significant life hurdles, particularly learners on the autism spectrum.

The Role - Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and staff in Harrow to provide high-quality classroom. The Teaching Assistant will help learners engage with education, develop confidence, and make progress academically, socially, and personally.

• Empower students in lessons on a 1:1 and small-group basis as a Teaching Assistant
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging learning activities in Harrow
