- Help create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a genuine interest in working with vulnerable young people
- Is patient, resilient, and empathetic

- Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is highly desirable, but not essential
- Backgrounds in youth work, coaching, or support work would be advantageous but also not essential
What the School Offers:
- A supportive and experienced team environment
- Opportunities for professional development and training
